A break on the cliff

Today we went to Flaten again and took a walk in the forest to finally end up on the big cliff on a hill with view over the lake.

It was stormy weather all around us except for where we were, so we had our guides with us to give shelter from the frosty winds.

A walk in nature before work is the best balancing practice between the mind and heart. I really need to be grounded now.
